Ottawa’s Dillin Hoox teams up with New Hampshire’s J-Wright for “Million Years” & announces new video

Ottawa recording artist Dillin Hoox has been keeping busy this season, having released two new singles and a compilation since the beginning of October. On October 1, he teamed up with Georgia rappr Jerome the Prince for “Legacy,” a track which just recently cracked 10K streams on Spotify.

A couple of weeks after that, Hoox returned with The Singles Collection, a seven-track compilation featuring previously released songs including the Corey Charron and Ali-assisted, “Bloodshed,” and his touching Dansonn-produced tribute to the “BLM” movement.

With plenty still in store for 2021, Hoox capped off October with the release of “Million Years,” featuring hip-hop artist, J-Wright. The New Hampshire-native is known for big records like “Don’t Know Love,” and “Messin’.” Their new collaboration has already pulled in over 11K streams on Spotify in just a few days. You can also find Hoox on the new Sam Hoss single, “6ix1ne3ree,” alongside J Morris (aka Ya Favourite Lightskin).

Just last week, Hoox revealed that he has eight new songs scheduled to drop before the end of 2021, with a new one expected every Friday. Notably, there’s a video in the mix for a track with Hoss called “YOYO” coming Boxing Day, December 26. “Ending the year off with a bang 💥,” he wrote on Instagram. “New song every Friday 💪🏼”. Next up is “Right There,” dropping this Friday, November 5.

All of Hoox’s recent releases can be found on Apple Music, Spotify, and other digital streaming platforms. You can also check them out below.
