Ottawa artist Sam Hoss returns with sophomore EP Line of Fire

Ottawa up-and-comer Sam Hoss is back with his second EP in seven months.

After releasing the Fire Spitta EP back on Sept. 30, 2020, Hoss returns with his latest EP, Line of Fire. Promo for the project kicked off last December with the release of the Platinum Circle Beats-powered single, “Ok Then,” which received visual support directed by 3FIFTYCO. The video just recently passed 11K views on YouTube.

“This project is incredibly special to me,” Hoss said of the EP just moments before it dropped.

“With the amount of time and effort I put into it, I’m happy I can finally share it with the world. I feel like I’ve made great progress since releasing my debut, and I’ve still got so much planned for the rest of the year. I appreciate everyone showing support and taking the time to check out this new release.”

The 6-track release features guest appearances by Busta Rhymes (“Nothing on Me”) and felllow Ottawa artist Dillin Hoox (“Nothing on Me” and “Over Now”), who also appeared on Fire Spitta.

“It was dope to work on this project with Sam,” said Hoox. “Always good vibes with this man. He has really grown from his last project. I can’t wait to see what he cooks up next!”
