Mockingbird: Peter Jackson drops new single & video ahead of full-length album expected Oct. 28

With his new album dropping at the end of October, Peter Jackson recently returned with the his latest single and video, “Mockingbird.”

2022 has been an eventful year for Jackson, who started things off with his massive Trey Songz-assisted single, “Mountain Valley.” The KeanuGoinStoopid, JBat, and Pilot Beats-produced hit is verging on one million Spotify streams, while the Shawn Thomas-powered video is well on its way to cruising past 1.2 million YouTube views. The “Mockingbird” single and video come ahead of the release of Jackson’s next full-length album, In God’s Hands, which is scheduled for Oct. 28. It’ll be his first project since dropping the 23 & A Half EP in 2020.

“Mockingbird,” produced by J Produce Hits, Samy Burlet, Cubano Jam, and 1Worthy, is the album’s first official single and will be followed by the Millyz-assisted, “All I Ever Wanted” on Oct. 21. The remaining singles/videos include “Sometimes,” scheduled for just after the album’s release, “Be Like Michael,” scheduled for Nov. 11, and “Faded,” scheduled for Nov. 25.
