Roy Woods previews sophomore album with “Shot Again” single & video

Brampton OVO Sound artist Roy Woods has had a busy start to 2020 as he gears up for the release of his sophomore album, expected later this year.

After teaming up with Martin Solveig to cap off 2019 with “Juliet and Romeo”—a song that has quickly become one of Woods’ most popular in his growing catalogue—he ended January with the release of the President Jeff-produced “Shot Again.”

Much like his “Bubbly” banger, which recently passed 5.5 million streams on Spotify, “Shot Again” is about having some drinks and reflecting on the growth in his career and how it’s impacted his life.

The video was directed by Cameron Dean, and it recently passed 1.3 million views on YouTube.

“Shot Again” is available on various digital streaming platforms including Apple Music, Spotify, and TIDAL.
