Budding Canadian talent EverythingOShauN just dropped off his latest project, Nothing Is Stopping Everything. Promotions for the release kicked off at the beginning of March with the release of the Kayo-assisted single, “Wylin’.”
Contemporary Canadian hip-hop spearheaders – EverythingOShauN (from Toronto) and Kayo (from Nova Scotia) are “Wylin’” on their premier partnership: a trap track jointly produced by equally important Toronto producers Xpress aka DJXP and 5PiECE. The two self-written artists exchange motivational verses and mellifluous hooks reflecting on their come-up, their current, and their competition – typical but loved comfort food of the genre – all set upon an unmistakably up-north mellow backdrop decorated with a haunting piano melody to keep you focused, driven, and ready to succeed against all odds at the gym, the office, and at this thing we call life.
Along with Kayo, Nothing Is Stopping Everything features a pair of guest appearances by Staasia Daniels including “We Just Tryna Make It” and “Build.”
Aside from pushing his latest release, OShauN is also still promoting his 2020 album, Maybe It’s Nothing, Maybe It’s Everything and recently dropped new supporting visuals. “Odinma” was directed by Fatty Soprano, and follows OShauN’s video for “Worldwide” which dropped earlier in the year.
You can find the new project on various digital streaming platforms including Apple Music and Spotify via GSX Music.
