It’s a big day for Toronto hip-hop releases, especially the North-West end of the city. One in particular that we’ve been really excited for is the highly anticipated new Robin Banks tape.
Coming just two weeks after the gunmen who left him paralyzed in 2017 were sentenced to lengthy sentences (life and 16 years, respectively), the resilient Banks pulled the trigger on his 11-track project Hear My Pain.
The mixtape features the single “I Got Myself,” which received MyNameIsFrench and Maccadelic-powered video support on Aug. 27. The video passed 70K views on YouTube late Thursday, just prior to Hear My Pain was released.
Hear My Pain features guest appearances by 92, Why G, and Burna Bandz. You can find the project now on various digital streaming platforms including Apple Music and Spotify.
