Interview: Brigado Crew

Critically acclaimed and a rising force in the techno scene, Brigado Crew has quickly become one of the most sought-after acts from Argentina. With their unique blend of house and techno, they have consistently delivered tracks that dominate peak-time dancefloors. Recently, the duo has been busy with new projects, including their label Symbiosis and upcoming tours. We caught up with Brigado Crew in Buenos Aires to discuss their rapid ascent, latest collaborations, and what lies ahead.

Welcome Brigado Crew! Thanks very much for your time to talk to us here at Only Techno. How are you today?

Hey hey! Thanks for having us, such an honour.

All good from this side, everything is going really really well.

Where are you answering this interview from?

Now we are in Buenos Aires, Argentina!

How would you describe your particular brand of music?

We have a mix always with house and techno. Usually, our tracks are focused for peak time dancefloor and always with strong melodies. We love to use vocals and collaborate with other artists – we strongly believe in making a team for a song 😊

Let’s talk about some of your new projects. Can you tell us about what you have been up to lately?

Now are working on a lot of music with some friends from Argentina and around the world. Besides this, we are working hard on our new label Symbiosis, listening to all the music we receive and we are so happy about the feedback of the people and how they share their music to be part of it. Another thing is we recently hosted our first showcases from the label and they were a really big success!

In terms of new music, do you have anything coming up in the pipeline that you can reveal?

On 23 August a remix of our track by Sasha Carassi will be released on Symbiosis but that’s all what we can say J

How are things on the live side? What gigs do you have coming up?

We have an India tour coming soon, and then a huge tour of South America.

What are your passions or hobbies outside of music?

Football, Videogames, Traveling

Do they play a role in staying inspired in the dance music industry?

Not really, we use it to be outside the business for a while.

Travelling helps to give us inspiration as well.

What are your top 3 favourite tracks of the moment to play out?

Pongo – Believe
Son of Son – Lost control

Brigado Crew, Crisstiano – Time Slave
