Real Boston Richey Accused of Choking Pregnant Girlfriend

Real Boston Richey is being accused in police documents of choking his pregnant girlfriend and police have issued a warrant for his arrest.

Warrant Issued for Real Boston Richey Following Assault Allegations

On March 31, Tatiana Charles filed a police report accusing the rapper, born Jalen Foster, of choking her repeatedly during an incident on March 30. According to the complaint, which was obtained by XXL on Monday (April 7), Charles claims she attended an event at Sakai in Houston with Boston Richey. While there, Boston Richey snatched her phone and began arguing with her. After they left the event, Charles, who is four to eight weeks pregnant, claims Boston Richey pushed her into a vehicle and choked her for “approximately 6-10 seconds, choking her approximately 20 times in 2 hours.”

She also claims he pushed her down in the car and put his knee on her neck, causing her to stop breathing for several seconds. Afterward, he threatened to kill her if she told the police, the report states.

Charles is pressing charges for Assault Family Violence – Impeding Breathing. A warrant has been issued. Real Boston Richey has not been arrested as of press time.

Real Boston Richey’s Other Legal Issues

Real Boston Richey has been dealing with a bit of controversy. Last year, he faced backlash after it was reported that Charles was 18. He insisted she was 23. Last December, he was accused by another woman of revenge porn.

The Florida rapper also has a serious criminal case pending. In November of 2023, he was indicted along with three other men on conspiracy to distribute marijuana charges.
