Canadian producer BigBob & Ski enlist Sauce Money & Jaz-O for “GodFather Mannerisms” single

Canadian producer BigBob Pattison of Elite Sound International recently dropped off a new single that will be featured on his forthcoming collaborative album with ESI artist, Ski. The album, Reasonably Ill Too, will be released in early August.

The BigBob-produced “GodFather Mannerisms,” with cuts from LDontheCut, features the legendary Sauce Money and Jaz-O. Both have ties to Jay-Z (Jaz-O was Hov’s mentor), but seeing them appear on a track together is a rarity. “Don’t think that has happened since Jay-Z first album,” commented Bob.

Ski is based out of Virginia, and is the latest artist signed to BigBob’s Elite Sound International.

If you’re just getting familiar with BigBob and the ESI movement, be sure to check out the recent collaborative album with Ruste Juxx, Culturally Rich. We interviewed Bob about that project and other releases back in April.

“The blueprint for Culturally Rich was devised in a waterfront park on Lake Ontario with Ruste Juxx in the fall of 2018,” Bob explained at the time. “Culturally Rich is a follow up to another rare project we previously worked on together released by ESI, The Ruste Juxx Collection. It was great to see our growth from that project and come together again and to create more hip-hop classics.”
